Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") set out the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of digital travel guides (PDF files) offered on the Soulful Places website, published by Pauline Fernandez.

The guides offered are downloadable digital content in PDF format. They bring together itineraries, addresses, practical advice and personal travel stories. Each product page states the content, format and price of the guide in question.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars, all taxes included, unless stated otherwise. Payment is made online by credit card through a secure payment provider. The order is confirmed once payment has been validated.

5. Delivery

Once payment has been validated, the guide is delivered by email to the address provided at the time of order, in the form of a download link. This link is generally sent within a few minutes of purchase. It remains accessible for a reasonable period, specified in the delivery email.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or pay any penalties. For downloadable digital content, this right may be waived once you have expressly consented to the immediate delivery of the content and have waived your right of withdrawal before the service begins.

By clicking the download link, you acknowledge that you have been informed of this waiver. Once the file has been downloaded, no refund can be granted, except in the event of a major defect in the delivered file.

7. Intellectual property

All content offered on Soulful Places (texts, photographs, maps, illustrations, guides) is protected by copyright. The purchase of a guide grants a strictly personal, non-transferable right of use. Any reproduction, distribution, resale or commercial exploitation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

8. Liability

The guides are prepared from personal experience and information verified at the time of writing. Addresses, opening hours and prices may change. Soulful Places cannot be held liable for changes made by third-party providers, nor for decisions made by the traveler based on advice contained in the guides.

9. Personal data

The data collected when placing an order (first name, last name, email address) is necessary to process your purchase and to send the guide. It is not resold to third parties. For any question regarding your personal data, you may contact us at the email address provided above.

10. Disputes and changes to these Terms

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. These Terms may be amended at any time; only the terms in force at the time of the order apply to the buyer.
